Marion Barry,
you gotta love him.
He just dodged another bullet.
He got off on drunk driving charges because there was no proof that he was intoxicated. There was testimony that his eyes were red, and his speech was slurred, but it turns out he's always like that.
If that isn't poetic justice, I don't know what is.
